St Andrew’s Methodist Church (Langley Park) has a membership of 14 . The congregation gathers from around the village.
This is a traditional Methodist chapel with a large community hall. The congregation joins occasionally, for worship and fellowship, with the Anglican and Roman Catholic Churches.
In 1933 the Deed of Union joined the Wesleyan and Primitive Methodist Churches together. In 1977 the two congregations at Langley Park joined together and became St Andrew’s Methodist Church.
At the moment there are no young people worshipping at St Andrew’s. However we look forward to reforming our Sunday School
Women from the church and the wider community meet to hear various speakers, to discuss topics and to worship together. The Fellowship meets every Monday afternoon 2.15pm in the Vestry.
